Who We Are

Handyman Monthly is operated by Las Vegas Handyman 702, a licensed and insured home and construction business that has been serving the Las Vegas Valley since 1990. We’re the same crew, the same phone number, and the same license — Handyman Monthly is simply how we package our work as an ongoing subscription instead of one-off service calls.

Why We Built a Subscription

Most of the expensive work we get called out for was preventable. A dryer vent nobody cleaned. An HVAC filter left in for a year. A small leak that nobody caught until it reached the drywall. By the time a homeowner calls, the cheap fix has already turned into the expensive one.

So we inverted the model. Instead of waiting for the emergency, members get scheduled visits, safety checks, and a handyman who already knows their home. Small problems get caught on a schedule, and our members stop paying emergency prices.

What Membership Includes

We offer three tiers, all of them licensed, insured service from our own certified team:

• Essential — $45/mo. Annual safety inspection, preventative system check, HVAC filter change, dryer vent cleaning, priority scheduling and 5% off additional services.
• Premium Care — $99/mo. Everything in Essential, plus quarterly property walkthroughs, 2 hours of dedicated labor each month that you can bank toward larger projects, same-week scheduling, 10% off additional services and emergency priority response.
• Estate Concierge — $219/mo. Everything in Premium Care, plus monthly property inspections, unlimited labor priority, a dedicated service coordinator, project oversight and vendor management, 15% off all services, same-day emergency response and an annual home improvement roadmap.

How We Work

You pick a plan and check out securely through Square. We schedule your first visit, walk the property, and build a maintenance schedule around your home’s actual age and systems. From there we handle the inspections, maintenance and repairs on a proactive schedule — and when something does come up, you call (877) 717-1498 as a priority member.
